Unlike many other leisure facilities, we offer the flexible option of redeeming online tickets on any day within the respective season.
The expiry date is clearly indicated before, during and after purchase. Extensions, refunds, additional payments or transfers to other services are therefore not possible.
No, season tickets may not be transferred to others. Season tickets are personalised and may only be used by the person named on the ticket. Use by third parties is not permitted.
The season ticket is only valid for the nature adventure park and not for the indoor park or the high ropes course.
Yes, we offer group rates for the nature adventure park, the high ropes course and the indoor park.
However, we do not have any direct visitor restrictions.
